Lead Investigator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Investigator to join our Business Ethics team at DSV. As a Lead Investigator, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of cases related to business integrity, accounting, financial reporting, human rights, and working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all cases reported as part of the whistleblower scheme, including carrying out investigations or delegating to ensure proper execution.
• Being the subject matter expert on whistleblowing data as part of reporting requirements.
• Ensuring investigation processes meet legal requirements.
• Sparring with policy owners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Developing processes behind investigations and reporting.

Requirements:

• A master's degree in a relevant area, such as business administration, accounting, auditing, or law.
• Several years of experience with investigations in an international context.
• Some experience in a leading role, such as leading investigation processes or teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
