Ampstek is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining the target architecture and future state specifications for the PAM transformation process.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of enterprise architecture and the ability to define target architectures in alignment with business requirements. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee future requirements and translate them into actionable initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with business units to gather and prioritize current and future business requirements for drafting a comprehensive PAM transformation strategy. You will develop a PAM strategy that aligns with the organization's current state, ongoing initiatives, and digital objectives.

The successful candidate will integrate key components of the IAM/PAM transformational journey to ensure a cohesive approach to privileged access management. They will create and maintain guidelines and best practices documentation to support effective PAM management.

You will also develop a compelling business case for investment in PAM initiatives, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.
