You will be responsible for
  • Gathering insights from various sources to enhance the Total Reward Experience.
  • Developing data-led benefit initiatives that deliver appropriate outcomes for colleagues.
  • Designing and project managing a performance review model and process.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to build a Total Reward learning journey integrated throughout business activities.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert and leading on continual upskilling across HR and the business.
  • Ensuring appropriate governance to manage tasks and issues within Total Reward.

Key Requirements
  • Tech-savvy Benefit Knowledge including understanding of benefit markets and regulatory frameworks.
  • Understanding of business strategy and performance drivers.
  • Skilled in implementing total reward approaches.
  • Ability to use data and insights to design and advocate for total reward changes.
  • Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with systems and analytical tools. They will also possess a systematic and proactive way of working.

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000
