Your Role:
As a Sr. Technical Account Manager, you will partner with customers to understand their business objectives, identifying areas where AWS services can add value and drive growth.
You will develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and technical challenges
- Develop and present custom cloud solutions that address customer pain points
- Evaluate and optimize existing AWS environments to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve customer goals
- Promote AWS services and capabilities to customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and customers
