As a Senior Manager, Experimentation and Development at The LEGO Group, you will lead the development of a strategic experimentation framework to improve our member value proposition and benefits & rewards portfolio. You will partner closely with Membership Acquisition & Activation, PMD (Product Marketing Development), and LEGO Retail to identify new commercial opportunities and audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a test-learn-and-scale approach to experimentation, ensuring data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Lead the creation of the Membership & Personalization experimentation pipeline, backlog, and prioritization process, collaborating with Membership operations, Membership Acquisition & Activation, Membership Expansion, the CRM Hub, LEGO Retail, and DCE (Digital Consumer Engagement).
- Validate experiments across all testing teams in Membership & Personalization, optimizing how we choose objectives, define hypotheses, select methods, and measure results.
- Conduct and evaluate experiments, synthesizing results from other skilled testing teams, and reporting back to senior collaborators with actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain Membership & Personalization's incrementality measurement framework, defining a standard of excellence for measuring the incremental value of new rewards, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Coach and mentor team members, encouraging continuous learning and development on benefits and drawbacks of new methodologies and experimentation plans.
- Drive an agile way-of-working model, ensuring quality, flexibility, and speed in solving business questions.
