At Lundbeck A/S, H, we are seeking a highly skilled Toxicology Expert to join our team in the Department of Exploratory Toxicology. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating the mechanisms and risks of toxicity for new drug candidates using in vitro and in vivo methods.
We are looking for someone with a solid background in in vitro biological science or a related field, who has hands-on experience in in vitro or molecular biology/toxicology and non-clinical safety research. You should be able to think creatively and strategically, and thrive in a collaborative team setting with shared goals and responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluating the mechanisms and risks of toxicity for new drug candidates
- Designing, developing, and optimizing predictive in vitro cell assays
- Collaborating closely with research project teams to contribute toxicological knowledge and advice
- Advising research project teams as a toxicology representative
