  • Champion competitive Compensation and Benefits, conducting market analyses for salary benchmarks
  • Be the compliance and legal expert, ensuring HR practices align with international and local laws
  • Spearhead Training and Development, enhancing employee skills with a keen focus on ethical conduct
  • Dive into HR Metrics and Reporting, assessing program effectiveness
