About the Role

The In Store Commercial Manager at Monki is responsible for building great customer experiences that not only elevate store sales but deliver an inspiring and inviting atmosphere. This role requires a strong leader who can manage and lead store merchandising, sales activities, campaign activation, and stock management to maximise selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.
  • Analyse sales information and take responsibility for the visual direction of the store.
  • Support recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters.
  • Oversee store operations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and provide the best experience for customers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have prior retail or customer-facing experience and be familiar with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling. Your ability to analyse sales data and drive the visual direction of the store is essential.
