Main Tasks:

  • Reporting, analysis and data management tasks including sales performance, margin, pricing on orders, expenses, etc.
  • Preparation of management reporting to our headquarters in Germany
  • Update of reporting tools
  • Customer contract and bonus coordination
  • Creation and validation of credit notes
  • Governance and compliance
  • Ad hoc reporting for key stakeholders around the region

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You are a university student with a relevant study area within Business Administration or Economics
  • You have at least two years of study left
  • You can take responsibility for your work areas and work independently but also as a part of teams
  • You have an eye for detail and strive to complete your tasks in a timely and precise manner
  • You are able to structure your study/work load to be flexible around monthly and annual deadlines
  • You are curious and have a desire to learn new things fast
  • You are experienced with Excel and Office in general and eager to learn more
  • You understand and speak English at a professional level and can communicate clearly with different stakeholders at different levels of the organization
