We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Partner to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Corporate Facilities department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Review and optimize quality processes and systems across business areas
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through standardization, digitalization, and simplification of processes and procedures
- Act as QRP (Quality Responsible Person) and drive reporting on behalf of business areas
- Provide training and support for quality processes within the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of processes or outputs against defined internal or regulatory standards and report on process deviations and defects
- Hold a degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Facility management, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- Have at least 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Well-founded and experienced in Lean methodologies
- Experience in conducting audits and quality reviews and reporting
- Preferably, experience with digitalization and standardization of quality processes
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) as an advantage
- Professional proficiency in English language and at least working proficiency in Danish
- Experienced in liaising and communicating across management levels, including C-level
