We're seeking a Senior Product Manager with e-commerce expertise to enhance our travel booking experience for leisure and business products. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize user problems and needs, accounting for multiple verticals, brands, locales, and languages.

About the Role

This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize checkout processes, boost partner bookings, and prioritize projects through collaboration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the expansion of booking and servicing on KAYAK through new suppliers and partners.
  • Craft feature requirements, weighing impact against goals and technical feasibility.
  • Become a booking funnel maven, encouraging knowledge of our partner inventory, data, and accuracy complexities.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with a consumer-centric attitude and a background in e-commerce or B2C. Specific experience in working with travel-related APIs and booking flows is essential, with knowledge of New Distribution Capability (NDC) as a plus.

  • A BS degree or equivalent experience required; technical background strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with tailoring development approaches for web and mobile platforms based on use cases and constraints.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including running SQL queries and using data to drive focus and team alignment.
