Job Title: Student Worker - Global Selling in Team

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Worker to join our Global Selling in Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and sharing of global selling in materials with our regional colleagues around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support the global selling in teams' IT platforms.
  • Ensure training in above tools.
  • Help optimize ways of working within team and with stakeholders.
  • Handle access management for internal colleagues to our virtual selling in tool.
  • In close collaboration with the global confidentiality team and the Cross Functional Marketing team oversee that confidentiality guidelines are followed and information is updated as confidentiality levels shift.

Requirements:

  • Well on your way with a relevant academic education (e.g., Global Business Engineering, Cand.Merc, Mar., Cand.IT, Export Engineer).
  • Expert within the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Comfortable with Visual Basic, Power Query, and Office Scripts.
  • Experience with content management systems, such as Contentstack.
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms, such as Frameio.
  • Understanding of access management hierarchies, especially in SharePoint.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and written.
