This role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical knowledge, and capability to work effectively with various stakeholders, from corporate leadership to field employees, government regulatory personnel, and customers.
- Five years of relevant experience in the energy industry with expertise in maintaining a world-class HSE infrastructure and system.
- Detailed knowledge of coastal state regulatory requirements affecting operations.
- Knowledge of global regulatory requirements, legislation, and MODU codes such as ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, etc.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a senior point of contact for HSE activities across assigned rigs.
- Assisting direct supervisors with day-to-day management of the HSE Department.
- Developing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, strategies, practices, and programs as required.
