About the Role
We're seeking a Senior External Communications Specialist to work closely with our Nordic and local stakeholders, driving demanding communications tasks and projects that support the implementation of Nordea's strategy and thought leadership themes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective external communication strategies to support Nordea's business goals
- Collaborate with communication colleagues and experts throughout the Nordics to drive group-wide external activities
- Act as a communication adviser and driver for projects, working closely with local communications teams in the other Nordic countries
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on external communication matters
- Manage and maintain Nordea's corporate language and communication guidelines
Requirements
- At least eight years' work experience in external communication
- Experience from different areas of communication and from working with media
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with people at different levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, writing, and presenting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Proficient English and Danish speaker and writer
