Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team at Cerebriu. This exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in our contract negotiations with customers, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various business-to-business contracts, including direct sales to healthcare providers and partner agreements based on international legislation.

  • Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
  • Leading the contract workflow and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Advising sales representatives and participating in commercial and legal negotiations
  • Developing and implementing contract management processes, tools, and best practices
Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and maintain service agreements for target segments and markets, providing ad hoc support for other contract-related matters as needed.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong commercial background and hold a master's degree in business or international law. You should have demonstrated experience in commercial roles with a proven ability to make business decisions informed by legal knowledge.

Your experience should include working with Danish and international legislation, preferably with U.S. legislation. You should be able to make a first take on agreements and easily work with external advisors if necessary.

You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, along with proficiency in legal research and documentation.
