About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Defence Operations Engineer to join our expanding Defence Services team in Aarhus. As a key player in delivering our SitaWare and Iris software products within customer environments, you will work closely with colleagues and customers to design, configure, install, and support technical solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure our software products in customer environments to meet complex user needs.
- Solve technical problems, including fault-finding and troubleshooting.
- Support the delivery of technical training for our customers.
- Provide remote and on-site support to customers, especially during military exercises.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, consultants, and colleagues within Systematic.
- Ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed scope, on budget, and on time.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a solid technical foundation and experience from a similar role. You hold at least a technical bachelor's degree and have experience in customer-facing activities and delivering technical support.
Desirable Skills
- SQL and MS SQL Server.
- Network (IP, TCP, UDP, multicast, routing, firewall).
- Active Directory, scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Java enterprise applications and microservices.
