About the Role

As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring delivery aligns with quality, cost, performance, and scheduling commitments. You will work closely with teams across the business, addressing project risks, managing variation orders, and supervising Verification & Validation activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer acceptance processes and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage technical risks proactively, developing mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
  • Validate technical design choices, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Provide inspiring leadership to the project engineering team, allocating tasks effectively and promoting a culture of collaboration.
  • Ensure that project engineering processes, methods, and tools are applied consistently throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster seamless interface management with the project core team, facilitating open communication and resolving conflicts efficiently.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues during the project warranty phase, providing support and guidance as needed.

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills in contractual situations.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at approximately €90,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
