**Your Role:**

  • Manage our stores facility, ensuring efficient receipt, quality control, storage, and distribution of materials required for our Copenhagen manufacturing facility and Faxe engine testing site.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels in Copenhagen and Faxe, recording the receipt and movement of all inventory-controlled items in our ERP system (Odoo).
  • Track goods coming in and out, perform preliminary shipment inspections, and implement inventory control measures for accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with our Quality Group to facilitate inspection levels and ensure component availability as needed.
  • Schedule and manage large deliveries, considering safe handling and space requirements.
  • Coordinate transportation between our manufacturing and testing facilities.
  • Develop and maintain process flows to ensure efficient operations.
  • Process Material Rejections and Non-Conformances, extracting data for statistical reports.
  • Establish and maintain suitable stores locations for different materials.
  • Maintain general housekeeping standards in stock areas.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using ERP software (we utilize Odoo).
  • Ability to work with and develop new systems and procedures.
  • Microsoft Office Applications skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Confident handling of goods quarantine management and potentially lifting heavy loads under 10 kg.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
  • Excellent people skills and a strong sense of urgency.
