Resource Planner

Siemens Gamesa is a global leader in the wind industry, and we are looking for a skilled Resource Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Offshore Site Staffing and Planning department, you will be responsible for planning and allocating manpower across our portfolio of offshore wind projects.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing and maintaining accurate manpower plans for key positions across our projects.
• Monitoring and evaluating planning performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including planners, projects, and departments, to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Providing regular reporting to management on planning challenges and progress.
• Developing and implementing tools and processes to support effective resource planning.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Several years of experience in a planning function, preferably in a large multinational company.
• A strong passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving the energy transition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel) skills, with the ability to analyze and present complex data.
• Ability to travel up to 20-25 days per year.
