About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Resource Planner to join our Offshore Site Staffing and Planning (SS&PR) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring correct and timely manpower allocation across our portfolio of offshore wind projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective planning processes to optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor and evaluate planning performance across teams and projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes to support optimal resource planning.
• Provide regular reporting to management on planning challenges and progress.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a planning function, preferably in a large multinational company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
