As a Senior Global HEOR Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HEOR strategies and tools to support market access preparedness for RRED products
  • Leading the execution of the publication plan to ensure appropriate communication of generated evidence
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support evidence generation and dissemination
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders
  • Providing strategic input into clinical development plans and regulatory submissions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree or PhD in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or a related field
  • Strong publication planning and execution skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in HEOR, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HEOR strategies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and inclusive team environment
