Our team in Bulgaria is currently three colleagues strong, handling the development of solar- and wind projects across the country. We collaborate closely with our colleagues in Denmark and share learnings across countries.

Your New Role

As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing our solar and wind projects in Bulgaria from early stage to construction. You will lead communication and negotiations with various external stakeholders, including municipalities, landowners, consultants, technical designers, and grid operators.

Areas of Responsibility

  • You will develop solar and wind projects in Bulgaria from early stage to construction.
  • You will handle stakeholder management of external partners such as landowners, authorities, and service providers.
  • You will ensure we have all necessary permits in place at the right time.
  • You will be responsible for environmental impact assessments for our projects.
  • You will handle project development process, prepare, and submit project applications and documentation to relevant authorities.

To Thrive in this Role

  • You have relevant experience in solar and wind project development in Bulgaria.
  • You have experience with permitting and environmental impact assessments.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills.
  • You are fully proficient in Bulgarian and English, oral and written.
  • You are skilled in MS Office.
  • You may have experience/interest in working with GIS and project management tools and software.
  • You have a driving license.
