About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager or Project Director to lead our R&D Investments team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving highly complex CAPEX investment projects from early development to successful completion.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage project cost, scope, time, risks, and business impact through the project lifecycle.
- Organise and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure successful completion of all project deliverables.
- Effectively engage and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, securing alignment and clear decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Line of Business, senior management, and IPG.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including at senior leadership levels.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies, tools, and techniques.

R&D Investments is a team of experienced Project Managers, Portfolio Management, and back-office functions. We enable science by leading professionalised development and execution of CAPEX projects, optimising the value/risk of investments at project and portfolio levels.
