Digital Transformation Project Leader

Columbus A/S, a leading global IT consulting company, is seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Project Manager to join our team in Columbus.
As a key member of our Digital Commerce team, you will play a critical role in driving the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex projects. Your expertise will be essential in achieving project objectives and aligning them with the broader goals of Columbus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Ensure that project stakeholders are identified and engaged effectively.
- Risk and Resource Management: Assemble and lead global and cross-functional project teams. Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members. Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communication and Reporting: Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders. Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management and executives.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Adaptation and Education: Engage actively in adapting the Columbus OnTarget Methodology. Participate in education and sparring with members and organization to ensure best possible ways-of-working and match for client expectations.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, IT, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and customer activation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple language.
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
Benefits:
