About the Role:

Falck Danmark A/S is seeking a dynamic and experienced internal and change communications professional to join our global communication team in a pivotal role that combines senior stakeholder management, project responsibility, and change communications.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership Communication: Plan and execute communication in connection with our quarterly and annual financial results, orchestrate our virtual leadership meetings, and contribute to our annual physical leadership summit.
  2. Strategic Internal Communication: Lead our internal communication of strategic topics, develop and drive our internal communications overview, and create a basis for our annual activities plan.
  3. Change Management/Communications Advisory: Provide tailored advice and change communications support to strategic projects, global functions, and business units, and maintain our change communications toolbox.
  4. Community Facilitation: Drive and develop our global communications community, focusing on knowledge sharing and alignment on global concepts and strategic agendas and messaging.
  5. Cultural Integration Projects: Support cultural integration initiatives across the organization.

About You:

To be successful in this position, you will have +5 years' experience with internal and change communications, provide sound communications and change management advice, and have strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of effectively working with top management.

You will be a relationship builder by nature, confident, calm under pressure, a team-player eager to take an active role in a great team, and positive with a solution-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with our corporate language, UK English, is required, and proficiency in project management tools and change management methodologies is an asset.
