As an Internal Communications and Change Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our internal communications strategy, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company culture and drive business success through strategic communication. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and driving our internal communications strategy to engage employees and facilitate information exchange
  • Coordinating and facilitating quarterly performance reviews for leaders to ensure transparent and timely feedback
  • Communicating company-wide strategic initiatives to foster a sense of purpose and direction among employees
  • Developing and executing monthly Town Hall events to promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to design and implement change management strategies that align with our business goals. This includes creating engaging change communication materials, advising on organizational activities, and supporting potential M&A efforts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in internal communications, change management, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint content creation, presentation skills, and facilitation techniques
  • Native or near-native level of English
