As a Global Transfer Pricing Specialist, your role is crucial in maintaining a strong and compliant transfer pricing framework at COWI A/S. This involves working closely with the group tax team to ensure seamless implementation of transfer pricing strategies across the organization.

You will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and improving transfer pricing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international laws.
  • Conducting financial analyses to identify areas of opportunity for improving transfer pricing efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation and supporting materials for use by the tax function.
  • Maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders to communicate transfer pricing implications and solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance, economics, accounting, tax law, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in transfer pricing, preferably gained through working with a consulting firm or as part of an in-house tax team in a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with tax software and tools used in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
