Job Summary

The newly established role of Pricing Specialist/Senior Specialist will be based at our Danish headquarters as part of the Executive Office. This is a global position where you will be supporting our CEO & the rest of the C-Suite team on various strategic topics. The Executive Office is responsible for the global Pricing Practice within the group, where you will play a crucial part in owning the global pricing playbook. The position entails a high degree of stakeholder management for the various parts of the organization. Our team is positioned centrally and needs to manage the viewpoints of various stakeholders and consolidate these into holistic recommendations. The role will be reporting to our Chief of Staff, Søren Skaarup.

Role introduction

As part of the Executive Office, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Supporting pricing strategy initiatives by conducting competitive pricing analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven assessments to optimize revenue and customer behavior insights.
  • Assisting the Chief of Staff in evaluating the impact of pricing changes across markets, leveraging data modeling and scenario planning, assessing our value propositions, segmentation, targeting & pricing elasticity.
  • Constantly assist the Regional Operations Teams with pricing tests and optimization efforts.
  • Scoping, supporting, and driving strategic projects for the C-Suite team, including problem-solving, development of top-down storylines, and uncovering insights that will lay the foundation for strategic decisions.
  • Gathering, researching, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative information from across the organization and from external sources, translating this into clear insights.
  • Identifying challenges and opportunities for the organization to scope and drive strategic projects.
  • Managing key stakeholders across the organization to best drive projects forward with the necessary input and ensure alignment where necessary.
  • Helping to build and prepare internal and external presentations and decision materials for the Group Executive team and the Board of Directors.

To succeed in the role, you will ideally have:

  • +2/4 years of experience in top-tier consulting, banking, strategy, or pricing analytics in major companies.
  • Experience in A/B testing, price elasticity modeling, and revenue optimization is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data tools to analyze large datasets and extract pricing insights.
  • A high willingness to learn, a can-do mindset for challenging tasks, and a strong personal drive to get your tasks done.
  • A personal drive and ambition to help solve complex problems and implement solutions in an international growth company.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to distill key insights from a large amount of information.
  • A curious and collaborative mindset and a strong ability to work with people across different disciplines.
  • Exceptional presentation skills & experience building slide decks that present messages clearly.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels within the business.
