Advanced NeuroImaging Researcher in Deep Learning

We are seeking a talented postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Neurobiology Research Unit (NRU) in Copenhagen, Denmark. As an Advanced NeuroImaging Researcher in Deep Learning, you will play a crucial role in improving the state-of-the-art automatic detection of brain abnormalities in epilepsy and developing models to assist diagnosis.
About the Project:
The BrainDrugs consortium is looking for a researcher with expertise in deep learning models applied to medical imaging to work on tackling abnormalities in MR of clinical quality. You will collaborate closely with expert clinicians in epilepsy and be well-positioned to deliver a clinically relevant impact.
About the Position:
- You will work independently and collaboratively within a team to develop and implement advanced neuroimaging techniques using deep learning algorithms.
- Participate in close collaboration with expert clinicians in epilepsy to tackle abnormalities in MR of clinical quality.
- Contribute to the development of models to assist diagnosis and improve the state-of-the-art automatic detection of brain abnormalities in epilepsy.
- Work closely with other researchers and clinicians to ensure seamless integration of research findings into clinical practice.

The Neurobiology Research Unit (NRU) is part of Copenhagen University Hospital, Rigshospitalet. Requirements:
- PhD in Neuroimaging, Medical Imaging, or equivalent.
- Established expertise in deep learning models applied to medical imaging.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
