Key Responsibilities
  • Mechanical and Electrical Completion & Commissioning: Develop and implement the completion philosophy and commissioning procedures, manage completion activities, and coordinate commissioning manning for site operations.
  • Testing & Documentation: Coordinate Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and other functionality tests during installation, document all commissioning activities, including tests and corrective actions.
  • Safety & Project Support: Act as a safety role model on site, manage LOTO procedures, provide input for risk registers, and guide work activities according to the P6 plan.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience in commissioning management, preferably in offshore wind or heavy electrical sectors.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical completion and commissioning processes.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
