About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SVP cLEAN Partner to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across External Supply (ES).

As an SVP cLEAN Partner, you will shape and implement cLEAN strategies within ES, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

You will play a critical role in optimizing performance and driving operational excellence in alignment with business goals.

  • Act as a sparring partner for the SVP of ES, shaping the cLEAN strategy and fostering a 'one ES' mindset.
  • Drive and contribute to OpEx initiatives, ensuring alignment with the ES Business Plan and embedding cLEAN principles into strategic discussions.
  • Lead the ES cLEAN network, ensuring alignment, best practice sharing, and mobilization of resources while leveraging LEAN tools to drive efficiency.
