About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team at Emri A/S. As a key member of our marketing and sales team, you will play a crucial role in developing and updating graphic materials such as brochures, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, and online content.

Our company is a rapidly growing maritime technology company that develops innovative control and navigation systems for large ships. We are currently revamping our product portfolio and developing the maritime steering control systems of the future.

The Role

As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing and sales team to develop and update graphic materials such as brochures, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, and online content. You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing materials that effectively communicate our messages and support our sales channels.

With your creativity and strong sense of visual communication, you will add significant value to our continuous successful engagement with both existing and new customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and update graphic materials such as brochures, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, and online content.
  2. Help ensure that our Partner Portal is always up-to-date with the latest sales and marketing materials.
  3. Assist in planning and creating new materials for product launches.
  4. Assist in creating a media library for our product portfolio.
  5. Support trade shows and events, as well as handle ad-hoc tasks related to sales and marketing.

You will report to our Marketing Manager and be part of the Sales & Marketing department, working closely with colleagues from Innovation and Projects & Service.

This is a part-time position requiring 10-20 hours per week. Working hours will generally be within standard office hours, but some flexibility may be required for special occasions.

About You

We expect that you are:

  1. Currently enrolled in a relevant education program with at least one year remaining or have an educational background in marketing, videography, or similar.
  2. Passionate about driving the visual identity and recognition of Emri's content.
  3. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
  4. Comfortable learning and using new IT tools, including AI-based technologies.
  5. Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong eye for visual communication. You are driven by the challenge of creating engaging content that captures the audience's attention and effectively communicates complex messages in a simple and inspiring way.
