At InCommodities A/S, we are seeking a detail-oriented and structured Student People Coordinator to join our dynamic People & Culture Team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for planning, coordinating, and executing various initiatives related to our Health & Well-being agenda.

The role involves supporting the implementation of a new HR system, updating and maintaining our digital workspace (Confluence), and planning and coordinating team meetings and events. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering merchandise and goods for the office, assisting our Facility Manager, and executing ad hoc tasks related to both People & Culture and Branding & Communications.

In this role, you will work approximately two days per week and have flexibility when required during exam periods or otherwise needed. You will be part of a team of 12 skilled colleagues who cover all aspects of people, culture, development, and learning.

To succeed in this position, you should have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree within Business Economics, Communication, HR, Information Management, Strategy, or similar. You should also have great communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and oral.
