We are a fast-growing biopharmaceutical company with global presence, and we're seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our Global IT team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining IT infrastructure at our European affiliates, owning the technical footprint of the affiliate setup, managing and optimizing the global network, working together with operations vendors, and ensuring stable operations.

About the Role:

  • Design, build, and maintain multinational office setups
  • Manage enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco Networks
  • Experience with Microsoft suite (M365, Intune, Defender, and Azure)
  • Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • A relevant educational background
  • Strong technical skills and experiences
  • The right attitude: intuitively helpful, independent, and proactive
  • Experience with frequent travel

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year
  • 30-35 days of travel per year
  • An opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams
