FP&A Manager

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team in Bloomington, MN. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in bridging finance, strategy, and operations.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled financial planning and analysis professional to own all aspects of planning, operations, and strategy for finance projects. You will be responsible for providing data-driven guidance to leaders on the company's financial performance, major investments, and new growth opportunities.
You will also support strategic decisions, resource allocation, and capital planning. This includes building and managing the company's financial model and annual budget with functional leaders. Additionally, you will create and run standardized financial, business metrics, and ROI reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and budgets to inform business decisions.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies.
- Design and implement financial processes and controls to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and operations, preferably at a high-growth company.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Google/MS Suite.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Looker, Sigma, and PowerBI.
