We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lawyer to join our Legal department in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, particularly in the field of consultancy services within engineering and architecture.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review and draft contracts for consultancy services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic advice on risk handling and dispute resolution in various projects.
  • Offer day-to-day legal advice to our colleagues in the engineering and architectural business.
  • Handle and resolve disputes, often involving complex details.
  • Collaborate with external counsels in arbitration cases and other disputes.
  • Develop and standardize model contracts and other legal documents.
  • Provide training sessions for non-legal colleagues on legal topics.

About You

  • You hold a Master of Laws or equivalent degree.
  • You have solid experience in contract drafting and dispute handling.
  • You possess excellent negotiating and writing skills in both Danish and English.
  • Knowledge of Danish construction law is considered an asset.
  • You are a creative problem solver and a strong team player.
