We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our L'Oréal Professional Product Division in Copenhagen. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will play a critical role in translating our products and marketing campaigns into Norwegian.

Your Mission

As a Student Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Translating product packaging texts into Norwegian in close cooperation with other translators and scientific teams
  • Translating marketing material by adjusting with the scientific teams and supporting with the creation of material
  • Creating product translations when requested by logistics and marketing
  • Proofreading and editing externally translated material (digital content / media / print material)
  • Helping and supporting on ad hoc tasks
  • Working and managing the CAT tools (computer Assisted Translation) program
  • Maintaining the translation memory and term base system up to date

You Are

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Is fluent in Norwegian and has good grammar skills
  • Is able to translate error-free texts in a fast-paced environment
  • Is interested in communication, marketing, and working in an international organization
  • Has strong organization skills: the ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority, strong communication skills, and good time management
  • Is focused on quality and pays attention to detail
  • Is motivated by challenges and has a proactive and open-minded approach to both people and projects
  • Is familiar with new things and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Is doing a bachelor/Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Languages or similar
