We are seeking a Student Assistant to join a ground-breaking ocean cleantech initiative. Stillstrom has embarked on an exciting journey to help decarbonise the maritime industry and build towards a clean ocean future.

We offer an exciting Student Assistant role in an early-stage venture company with a dynamic and international team growing to app. 20 colleagues. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Concept and Studies Manager who is leading our feasibility and Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) studies with customers. This is an excellent opportunity to dive into real-world projects and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:


Contribute with content to studies, draft presentations, and other technical material for external stakeholders, ensuring consistent and high-quality format of reports being produced.


Create and keep up-to-date technical dossier of concepts on the market.


Assist in planning, monthly reporting, and other project tasks.


Organize meetings and provide support with minute-taking to ensure smooth operations.

Who We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who:


Is currently pursuing studies in engineering or equivalent technical field.


Has a passion for learning and a drive to excel in a professional environment.



Has a technical background or ability to pick-up fast on technical content.


Seasoned in Microsoft Office environment, strong editing skills, and ability to prepare templates, etc.


Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Can effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.


Experience in technical writing and document editing.


Is fluent in English both orally and in writing.

To be considered for this role, you must be enrolled in a study program at a Danish university.

We expect that you will be able to work 15-20 hours per week, and we are of course flexible in relation to exam periods.
