We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Expert and Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

In this role, you will work closely with external payroll providers to maintain and enhance partnerships, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of efficient HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance the overall employee experience.
