As a Business Process Consultant, you will collaborate with a diverse team dedicated to crafting innovative processes and delineating roles for some of the most prestigious organizations worldwide.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive interviews with both external and internal stakeholders to collect insights on the client's existing marketing operations.
- Designing the client's future marketing workflows by analyzing gathered data and customizing processes to align with their objectives and organizational structure.
- Reassessing and redefining the client's current roles to ensure alignment with the newly established processes.
- Evaluating the client's technology landscape to ascertain whether existing platforms can support the new processes, and making necessary adjustments or implementations.
- Identifying opportunities for enhancement and providing actionable recommendations to optimize overall performance.
- Creating operational playbooks and impactful presentations.
- Developing educational materials and facilitating training sessions to equip stakeholders with knowledge on new processes, tools, and templates.
- Assisting clients in the execution of new processes within their organizations, while gathering feedback and addressing any challenges that arise.

Qualifications:

Additional qualifications include:
- A relevant master's degree in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, although candidates with the right mindset and skill set are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in an agency or consultancy setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proven ability to operate effectively in complex environments, both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in research, writing, and presentations.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint.
Flexibility to travel and work during varying hours is essential, as many colleagues and clients may be located in different time zones.
