Role Overview

We're looking for a Part-Time Revenue Operations Associate to support our RevOps team. As a key member, you'll assist in refining processes, managing tools, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process Improvement:
    Assist the RevOps team in updating processes to maintain a smooth workflow for Client Directors, Sales, and Partner teams.
  2. Tool Support:
    Work with the RevOps team to manage and optimize tools, providing support for training and ensuring teams get the most out of these tools.
  3. Data Management:
    Contribute to data enrichment and accuracy in CRM and other databases, helping the team audit and clean data regularly.
  4. Ad Hoc Support:
    Provide assistance with various tasks as needed, including supporting Account-Based Marketing initiatives.

Requirements

We're seeking a candidate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field. Relevant experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce and other sales/marketing tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Work Arrangements

We offer a flexible schedule of 16-20 hours a week, allowing you to balance work with other commitments.
