">We are seeking a highly experienced Research Group Leader to join our team at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Vaccines and Immunity (NIVI Research). As an Associate Professor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary research group focused on developing innovative vaccine technologies and platforms.
">Main Duties and Responsibilities">- Design, implement and maintain state-of-the-art facilities for discovery and research.
- Collaborate with external groups to gain access to model systems and related technologies.
- Develop novel methods, technologies, and innovations to further the scientific agenda of NIVI Research.
- Represent NIVI Research at international scientific events and publish high-impact papers.
Qualifications and Requirements
">- Ph.D. in a relevant field of biology, such as molecular biology, biochemistry, or infectious disease.
- Experience in vaccine-related discovery and research with strong acumen for vaccine platforms.
- Leadership skills to motivate diverse teams and collaborate effectively with cross-cutting teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
