Senior Compliance Officer

Pleo Technologies ApS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Officer to join our Risk and Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company maintains high standards of compliance and security for our customers, regulators, partners, investors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and conduct Pleo's Group Compliance Monitoring Programme.
- Ensure delivery of clear and concise Compliance Reports to relevant stakeholders, including Risk and Compliance Committees and the Board.
- Provide 2nd Line oversight and support to different functions and help embed a substantial Risk & Compliance culture continuously.
- Collaborate with Pleo's Group Legal function to horizon scan for changes in EEA and DK laws and regulations and recommend appropriate changes to ensure that operations adapt to comply with these changes.
- At least 5 years of experience working with governance and compliance in regulated financial institutions.
- Experience in publicly listed companies will be a plus.
- Ability to navigate through the organization and identify relevant stakeholders and functions.
- Great communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a remote setup with stakeholders in different locations.
