About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Specialist Manager to join our Major Projects team in Ramboll Denmark Buildings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing electrical systems and solutions across complex projects, leveraging your technical, organizational, and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Lead and guide our technical team to ensure high-quality deliverables, setting the direction for the electrical engineering discipline in Ramboll Denmark.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage large-scale electrical projects from start to finish as Discipline Lead or Project Manager.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a strong internal and external network, securing internal knowledge sharing and the development of Ramboll Standards.
  • Development: Contribute to the development of Ramboll Denmark Buildings in collaboration with the technical networks in the global Ramboll setup.
  • Industry Engagement: Actively participate in and support industry initiatives in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong commitment to their work, a dedication to continuous development, and a proven track record in managing complex projects effectively. You should have experience in leading technical teams, promoting knowledge sharing, and standardizing processes, as well as a comprehensive understanding of 3D models, technical drawings, specifications, and relevant software tools.
