About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Specialist Manager to join our Major Projects team in Ramboll Denmark Buildings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing electrical systems and solutions across complex projects, leading technical teams, and promoting knowledge sharing and standardization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Lead and guide our technical team to ensure high-quality deliverables and set the direction for the electrical engineering discipline in Ramboll Denmark.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage large-scale electrical projects from start to finish as Discipline Lead or Project Manager.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a strong internal and external network to secure internal knowledge sharing and the development of Ramboll Standards.
  • Development: Contribute to the development of Ramboll Denmark Buildings in collaboration with the technical networks in the global Ramboll setup.
  • Industry Engagement: Actively participate in and support industry initiatives in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong commitment to their work, a dedication to continuous development, and a proven track record in managing complex projects effectively. You should have experience in leading technical teams, promoting knowledge sharing, and standardizing processes, as well as a broad understanding of 3D models, technical drawings, specifications, and relevant software tools.
