Your task will be to support technology transfer processes, cross functional projects, and training of manufacturing staff on new processes and procedures.

  • Interpret manufacturing data and process performance, summarizing the results in reports.
  • Support root cause investigations in a cross functional collaboration and write up impact assessments.

Skills & Knowledge, we hope you possess:

  • 2+ years’ experience, depending on educational background (Bachelor or Master) in biopharmaceutical or related field.
  • Preferably with a background in cell culture and biologics manufacturing.
  • Fluent in English with both verbal and written communication skills.

Your New Team:

The cell culture team is part of the Process Sciences department, which provides scientific leadership to support both clinical and commercial processes.

Process Sciences operates in areas of cell culture and protein purification operations, and acts as leads in technology transfer teams, SMEs for commercial processes, and leads in scale up/scale down of processes. The department provides direction to the manufacturing group and plays a major role in investigations and in resolving process issues that occur during manufacturing campaigns.
