About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manager, Competitive Intelligence in R&D to join our team. As a key member of our R&D organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic insights and expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape within neuroscience, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to drive project success and portfolio optimization.
  • Collaborate with Global Project Teams (GPTs), brand teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and strategies that drive business growth and competitiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A master's degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field, with a strong background in competitive intelligence and analytics.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact results and driving business growth.
  • Deep understanding of the pharma value chain, including drug discovery, development, and commercialization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
