About the Role
As our new Global Health Category Commercial Lead, you will play a key role in defining the long-term strategy and portfolio for the Mental Health category. You will be responsible for driving commercial strategies and executing launches, working closely with internal stakeholders and Commercial Execution teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will be the mental health category expert, mastering key drivers for growth and tracking competitive activity in the health area.
- Drive a strong product innovation pipeline, launching commercial strategies and health category execution.
- Define positioning and guardrails for different segments, products, and brands in the pipeline and market.
- Create overall launch preparation for new products, ensuring assets needed are prepared.
- Strengthen existing portfolio, supporting the Health Category Head in defining strategic choices and deployment within businesses.
About You
- 8-10 years of experience in commercial/business development, preferably in the Mental Health area or similar space.
- Strong understanding of commercial activities along the value chain and ability to monitor the competitive environment.
- Demonstrated track record in project execution, with a passion for delivering impact for consumers and customers.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Able to think strategically and communicate complex information effectively.
