Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Localization Manager to join our team at Localizationacademy. As a key member of our global content coordination team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration of our brand and solutions across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and customer-facing teams to guarantee that product content is localized for global markets and adheres to best practices.
  • Process Optimization: Manage and refine localization tools and workflows to enable truly localized products and content, meeting market needs effectively.
  • Project Management: Oversee translation projects from request to delivery, collecting requirements, assigning workloads, monitoring translations, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Reporting and Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate records of translation projects and communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure transparency of workload and planning.
About You:
  • Experience: 2+ years as a Localization Manager or equivalent experience in localization coordination.
  • Languages: Verbal and written fluency in English, with ideal proficiency in an additional language.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Education: Relevant education or equivalent experience.
