About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our Analytics and Reporting Department as a Sustainability Data Partner and Analytics Translator. This is a unique opportunity to lead and facilitate the delivery of analytics use cases from idea through development, and to play a significant part in ensuring and transforming high-quality analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and build data analytics support through the newly formed PSQIT Environmental reporting programme, delivering insights and analytics (business intelligence).
  • Build strategic partnerships and set direction for environmental data analytics across Novo Nordisk.
  • Become the bridge and support to the department director by leading the data translation into value use cases.
  • Share learnings of how to benefit from advanced environmental analytics at management level across PSQIT through e.g. digital scans.
  • 'Sell' opportunities from Data Analytics and identify opportunities, and manage the pipeline of use cases from where business-critical decisions can be made.
Requirements
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a high drive to test new techniques, technologies, and ways of working by challenging status quo.
  • Proven track record (+5 years) of preparing, analysing, and designing data analysis and insights (either by the use of scientific approaches or analytical solutions) preferably within the space of sustainability or reporting.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree related to Economics, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Management, or similar.
  • Translational skills building frameworks and design solutions on very little to no background guidance and at the same keep the overview and holistic approach to environmental reporting.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in from all parts of the PSQIT production organisation.
About the Department

The Analytics and Reporting Department team is part of PSQIT Sustainability anchored within the Product Supply, Quality, and IT organisation of Novo Nordisk. The department has embarked on the journey of reducing the environmental footprint by using data and digital solutions to support decisions. We are among other things responsible for the reporting of energy, water, waste, and CO2 emissions from Production and distribution as well as developing state-of-the-art solutions to support therein.
